My Approaches To Psychotherapy

Depending upon your needs I may use one or more of the following
approaches in therapy:

Psycho-Dynamic Explores how the people, relationships and experiences from our past influence our life and behavior.
Cognitive-Behavioral Questions what we think, why we think it and how these thoughts affect how we conduct our life.
Behavioral Assesses how to change behavior, ours or others, in a pure and simple way.
Inner-Child/Adult Examines how our emotional wounds from childhood influence the life choices we make in the present.
Spiritual Looks at the "big picture." Why our life unfolds the way it does and what lessons we can learn from our experiences.
